Carer burnout doesn’t look like a breakdown.
It looks like you — still showing up, still managing,
long after you had anything left to give.
Refill is a membership community built entirely around unpaid NDIS family carers — your wellbeing, your recovery, and the practical support the system was never designed to give you.
The system keeps asking more of you. It’s time someone gave something back.

The reality nobody talks about
Nobody prepared you for what this would actually cost. Not just financially — though that’s real — but the sleepless nights, the cancelled plans, the appointments you rearranged your entire life around, the meltdowns you absorbed alone, the guilt you carry for resenting a role you chose out of love.
“You’re doing everything right and you’re still depleted. That’s not a character flaw. That’s what happens when a system keeps asking everything of you — and gives nothing back.”
Who built this
I’ve spent eight years working inside the systems that are supposed to support people with disability — child protection, youth justice, mental health, and the NDIS. And the thing that never stopped bothering me was how consistently the carers — the parents, the siblings, the partners holding everything together — were invisible in those conversations.
I built Refill because that invisibility has a cost. This community is the thing I wish had existed years ago — for every carer I’ve worked with who deserved more than a nod before the conversation moved on.

Sometimes what you need is a full day away — a room full of people who understand without explanation, and permission to stop performing okay for a few hours.
Guided sessions on burnout recovery, identity, and rebuilding energy reserves. Intimate, no-pressure environment.
A focused half-day for parents with a child on the NDIS — connection, clarity, and time that belongs to you.
“I didn’t realise how isolated I’d become until I was in a room with other parents living the same thing. Nobody needed to explain anything. We all just knew.”— Parent carer, Southeast QLD
Is this for me?
Managing your loved one’s NDIS plan, appointments, and world — while quietly losing track of your own.
Sleep is broken, your identity has blurred into your caring role, and rest feels like something other people get.
Every conversation is about your loved one. Refill is one of the only spaces built entirely around you.
Real structure, real resources, real perks — and a community that’s there on the hard days.
Common questions
Refill is built for people with no spare time. Dip in when you have five minutes, attend webinars when you can, or just knowing the community is there is sometimes enough. No pressure to show up perfectly.
The member discount program is designed to offset the cost entirely. Most families save $50–$100/month on groceries, fuel, and everyday spending — making the membership effectively free. The community, resources, and retreat days are on top of that.
Cancel anytime, no questions asked. No lock-in contract, no hoops. If it doesn’t feel right, you leave. Simple.
Refill is a paid, structured membership — not a free Facebook group. Tim is actively involved, content drops regularly, and webinars and retreat days create ongoing reasons to engage.
If you can use Facebook, you can use Skool. Takes about two minutes to set up on your phone. And if you get stuck, Tim is right there to help.
